It is difficult to predict the future! But, events are happening that will undoubtedly impact the future cars we drive.

Peter, the times are changing. The President is in charge of our car industry. If he can get rid of a CEO of the company. He can tell them the kind of cars to make and everything else about that business. They may not be the kind of cars that we want to drive and they will all go out of business. They will force them to do it the way the government wants because they took money from the government. It will make so much of a difference to the companies and to our freedoms as well. Will we be forced to buy something that we do not want-they will try. Thank you for the mice post.Keep us informed.

ReplyDeleteYour absolutely correct! The government is dictating the kind of cars that will be sold here! They are taking advantage of the financial crisis to change everything that they want. I am very concerned about the events happening!
The new CAFE standards are very stringent! The car companies pay penalties depending if they are below the average fleet mileage set for that year.
I suspect that the auto companies will come out with products that are decent! Ford seems to be on the right track! You can also buy used cars that meet your requirements!
These are the most substantial changes that I have seen in my lifetime! Stay tuned for my series Paradigm Shift....which outlines all the major forces impacting the auto industry!
